like we do every december, we spent a long day at art basel in miami beach this weekend. the massive convention center, filled with more than 200 gallery stalls and works from over 4,000 artists, never disappoints my color-loving heart! a few of my favorite iphone shots from the day:
we spent a few wonderful days in new york last month, a visit that was long overdue! crisp fall weather and time spent with my dearest friends was just what the doctor ordered. although instagram seems to serve as my blog these days, i wanted to share photos here too. see you again very soon, nyc.
as i breezily mentioned three months ago(!), mark and i traveled to casco antiguo, panama in july. aside from the obligatory (and totally cool) visit to the panama canal, this was probably our least touristy trip together yet. we stayed at the incredible american trade hotel, a member of the ace family, and it was so wonderful that we never left the burgeoning neighborhood surrounding it. we took full advantage of the little rooftop pool backdropped by mountains, had coffee at cafe unido downstairs multiple times a day, took in a show at the jazz club next door, and popped into some really darling restaurants nearby. i think mark had exactly the sort of relaxing birthday he was hoping for, and i happily blissed-out along with him.
